General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. The range of products of SynerJ Health:
The SynerJ Health product line is marketed by SynerJ Health Gmbh.
2. The offer:
All existing products on the website are available within the limits of our available stocks. If a product is out of stock, you will be directly informed when placing the order. If some articles are no longer available for whatever reason, beyond our control, we offer in some cases replacement items of equal or greater quality at the same or lower price. The commercial offers and price conditions of the products are exclusively intended for a clientele of private individuals. The prices of the products and the promotions are expressed in euros, all taxes included. SynerJ Health Gmbh reserves the right to modify its tariffs at any time without prior notice.
3. The order:
To be valid, each order must be:
- Finalized and sent to SynerJ Health Gmbh using the SynerJ Health order form and the matching payment. Any error in the purchase of products and/or in the calculation of the total amount (inclusive of taxes) to be paid is the sole responsibility of the customer. In absence of any insurance, the travel goods are at the risks and perils of the recipient.
- Validated on the online shop and paid online either by a bank transfer, by credit card in 3 instalments (only after contacting our office) or by writing a cheque and sending it to our address.
4. Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are paid by the customer after placing the order. The shipping of the products is carried out by La poste or UPS (exclusively by La Poste for certain destinations). All shipping costs are inclusive of taxes. The shipping costs are detailed in the appendix. They are indicative et may vary depending on the rate changes applied by La Poste or UPS.

For other destinations, you can contact the company or check the amount associated to your order that is shown when validating your order.

5. Delivery:
Every delivery is sent to the customer at the address indicated on the order form. Any error in the address appearing on the order is the responsibility of the customer. The average delivery time is 8 to 10 days upon receipt of the order payment. No compensation may be claimed in case of delay.
6. Cancellation:
In virtue of article L121-16 of the French consumer code, the customer has a period of 14 clear days starting from the delivery of his order to return the product for exchange or refund, without penalties, with the exception of the shipping costs, under the only condition that the product is unopened
Before returning the product, please call us on 03 87 87 51 86. The product must be returned in the original packaging, unopened, with a pre-paid shipment and with the original invoice.
7. Payment:
All invoices are due and must be settled. The payment for an order is made upon the order. For each order, the shipment fees are payable by the customer, unless it is specified differently in a written form by SynerJ Health as part of a one-time commercial promotion.
You have 4 types of payment methods
- By credit card, online, just after the validation of your order
- By bank transfer, after requesting the bank account identification of the company. It is imperative to indicate the name of the customer and the order number under the purpose of the transfer.
- In 3 installments without additional fees by contacting the company. Be careful, a loan has to be reimbursed, so better to check your financial viability before engaging yourself.
- By cheque, accompanied with the purchase order. Each order that is not accompanied with a payment will not be dispatched. The payment must be sent by mail to the address below:

8. Dispute resolution:
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. SynerJ Health GmbH undertakes to comply with all the rules of the professional Code of the Federation of E-Commerce and Distance Selling in France. All claims and disputes will be received with careful consideration, and the good faith will always be intended by the customer, who is careful to explain clearly his position and the reasons for the claim. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before undertaking any legal action. In absence of an amicable agreement between the two parties, the attribution of jurisdiction shall be given to the competent courts of the domicile of the defendant, of the place of delivery, or of the headquarters of SynerJ Health GmbH.
9. Individual-related data:
SynerJ Health GmbH undertakes to respect the legal and the regulatory provisions related to data processing, data files and liberties defined by the National Committee for Data Protection and Liberties in France (CNIL). In virtue of these rules and regulations, SynerJ Health GmbH indicates to its customers that it is possible to refuse that their names and addresses are available for other companies.
10. Responsibility:
SynerJ Health GmbH shall not be held liable for any improper use of its products, any inappropriate storage of its products or any consumption beyond the expiry dates stated on the packaging of its products. The consumption of its products is exclusively reserved for adult consumers. The consumption of products of SynerJ Health GmbH with other natural and/or pharmaceutical products is the only responsibility of the consumer.
